Refund policy

At D’ink and Print, every item is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packaged. While we hope you love what you receive, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our returns and refunds policy below.


🔄 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Not a custom or personalized product (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened art supplies or used kits


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation.


💬 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
